Please read this Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”), part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”), carefully before using Christine Copper websites, blogs, associated social media accounts, authorized agents, products, and services (“Service”) operated by Christine Copper (“I”, “me”, “my”, “us”, “we”, or “our”).

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others (“you” and “your”) who access or use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Agreement.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Agreement. If you disagree with any part of the Terms or Agreement then you may not access the Service.

The Service was created by Christine Copper for the purposes of sharing information, entertainment, inspiration, motivation, knowledge, lessons learned, thoughts, research, tasks, experiences, tools, anything related to goals, courage, confidence, health, wellbeing, money, spirituality, mental and emotional health, business, entrepreneurship, social media, breast cancer, diabetes, kidney cancer, writing, self-publishing fiction and nonfiction books, and smoking cessation.

All main activities for the Service occur in free or paid member-only private websites or Facebook groups that are part of a program.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase from or use the Service.

Paid membership subscriptions may include a members’ only area on our website for documents, videos, and workbooks, and/or a paid exclusive or complimentary private Facebook group for discussions, questions, successes, lessons learned, information, and anything else related to the membership you subscribe to.

Monthly and yearly membership subscriptions will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis according to the subscription time length you chose.

You may cancel your subscription(s) at any time by contacting us HERE at least five (5) days prior to your next payment due date.

Christine Copper offers a seven (7) day 100% satisfaction guaranteed full refund for all products purchased from the Service. If you feel a product you purchased isn’t for you or doesn’t meet your needs, just contact us within seven (7) days of purchase and we’ll refund every cent you paid. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of the seven (7) day guarantee period and you will no longer have access to the Service. We would appreciate a reason why you’re requesting a refund so we can better serve you and our future clients, but this is not required.

If you are issued a refund from us for a digital product, you are required to delete all copyrighted materials associated with that digital product from the Service.

You will have full access to all your purchases that include memberships, Facebook groups, or other hosting platforms as long as the Service and platform are available, or until such time you choose to delete or end your membership or account.

If you break our Terms and Conditions you will be immediately removed from the Service and you will forfeit any refunds you may have been eligible for and will be required to delete all copyrighted materials from the Service.

By purchasing a product or service from us, you give us permission to use your original content for our marketing purposes. We will notify you prior to use and will always give you credit.

You agree and understand that the Service is copyrighted material and cannot be shared with outside parties without prior written consent.

Please post your questions, comments, or concerns in the appropriate Facebook group and tag me (Christine Copper), or, if privacy is an issue, you can send me a private message through Messenger. I typically reply within 24 hours during the week (Monday – Friday).
